V-Grip System (Vacuum Gripping) is one of the front-line / key vacuum products in VMECA vacuum range. V-Grip System handles various products with different shapes, sizes and porous material with EPDM material, flexible sealing foam on the vacuum gripper.By applying V-Grip System to handle the different size of needle cup package, V-Grip System can pick and transfer different shape and size objects properly.
Magic Suction Cups, one of VMECA’s core vacuum products, are widely applied in various industries, in particular in the packaging instrustry for picking and placing pouch packaged products. It usually used with high-speed robots so that required a high reponce rate and safety, X-type suction lip would be a very suitable option for this kind of applications.
We used Magic Gripper, one of VMECA core vacuum products, for transferring thin vinyl packaged products which is difficult to be handled with general vacuum suction cups. For the reason of a very high-speed operation required for the equipment, we recommended and applied with Magic Gripper with XP-type suction lip. It was failed by using a general vacuum pump and suction cup, but there are a good result and success achieved as we expected after we applied with Magic Gripper without any error or problem.
Paper or plastic sheets are usually used when stack or layer several products, lay in between two products to prevent any scratch or damage for the product or its surface. Because the features of most paper sheets are thin and porous, Magic Gripper which have a decentralized (individual) vacuum system and a high vacuum flow would be a best solution as always.

New product: Magic Suction Cup of VMECA had been supplied for very thin foil product handling application. Due to the characteristics of these high-speed robot applications, the existing ordinary suction cups could not be applied but using the X-type Magic Suction Cup there was no problem and perform well.
Apply the Magic Suction Cups to open the plastic bags by suctioning the vinyl on the package. With specially designed inside of X-type suction lip of Magic Suction Cup which is very good to use for handling plastic bags. This application was used in conjunction with a VSMR vacuum pump, which was applied directly to suction cup.
V-Grip System of VMECA can do multiple operations with a single gripper system which can transport a wide range of products and make it easy to build a vacuum system. In particular, VMECA V-Grip System applies for a variety of sizes carton boxes, which is without tooling change.
This is the application which spider speeder pump (SC-pump) applies to packaging machine with Magic Suction Cup.High speedy moving Delta robot handling application is usually required very fast response time so VMECA’s SC-pump was installed. In order to enhance its performance, Magic Suction Cup was used instead of typical suction cups. P-Type Magic Cup was used as it needed to vacuum and transfer the liquid pouch pack at high speed.
